Terms & Conditions:

1. The competition is open to individuals who meet the specified eligibility criteria & must have adhered to the rules and guidelines outlined in the competition details.

2. The results of the competition will be determined by a panel of judges

3. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during registration. If a winner cannot be reached within a specified period or fails to acknowledge the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

4. Admin reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. If more than one student got 1st position than, Prize money will be distributed Equally among all, and this rule will be bounded for all the position.

6. Winners can be requested to visit the DPMI Darbhanga to collect the prize money.

7. By participating in the competition, participants agree to the use of their names, photographs, and other likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Bioversity retains the right to publicize and promote the competition and its results through various channels.

9. Bioversity reserves the right to disqualify participants who have violated the competition rules or engaged in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.

10. Decisions regarding disqualification are at the sole discretion of Bioversity & DPMI.

11. Bioversity reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

12. Participants are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly for updates.

13. Prize will be distributed in person only at DPMI, Darbhanga. Applicant who can't attend in person for the prize ceremony are kindly requested not to apply
